Trap Information

Traps are available for to the Public with a $100.00 deposit. A citizen may pay a deposit and fill out a trap application at the City of Lake Worth, City Hall located at 3805 Adam Grubb. After the deposit and application are filled out a trap will then be assigned and delivered to the citizen. The applicant will be allowed to keep the trap for 7 days. During this time if something is caught in the trap or it is set off, then contact the Animal Control Department and someone will be sent to your address to take care of the matter. At the end of the 7-day period the Animal Control Officer will pick the trap up from your residence and your deposit will be returned to you as long as the trap was not damaged while in your possession.
