Place 4 Dona Stuard -
Ms. Stuard and her husband Gary are members of the Metropolitan Baptist Church. Dona and Gary share 3 children, Craig 18, Susan 14 and; Samantha also 14. Dona states: "As a member of the Lake Worth City Council, I will do my best to serve my community. Our city has had many changes just in the past few years. I will be looking forward to aiding in the progress of these changes in the future. For those that are concerned with the progress of the neighborhood parks, I PROMISE they will be completed. It will take some time, but please be patient with us. I encourage everyone to get involved with their community by volunteering or attending city and school related meetings and activities. TOGETHER, WE CAN ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING!

Ms. Stuard, an eight year resident of Lake Worth and a graduate of North Side High School, being the 3rd generation of her family to be North Side graduates. During school, she was active in basketball, F.B.L.A. and Flag Corp. She began working for Eckerd Drug Store while in school and continued thereafter. In 1981, she worked for Tarrant County District Courts as an Auxiliary Coordinator until 1996. since that time she has become involved with many groups and activities throughout Lake Worth such as Lake Worth Band Patrons, Kids & Tress Program, T.E.E.A. Club of Lake Worth, the Bullfrog Festival and District Council for Lake Worth I.S.D. She has also served on the Parks Board for the City of Lake Worth.
