The City of Lake Worth has adopted and is currently using the 2003 International Fire Code.
The Lake Worth Fire Department requires that all buildings be equipped with a "Knox Box". This box must be on the outside
of the building either mounted or recessed into the wall. The Knox Box can be ordered from the KNOX Company
1 800-552-5669 or on the website at www.knoxbox.com. The required box is the 3200 Series with hinged door.
Model #'s 3270 or 3266 are the only authorized boxes at this time.
