DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS & FORMS

Following are the applications used to submit plans for development review:

Preliminary/Final Plat Application - This application is used to apply for the City's review of a preliminary/final plat plan, if a property has never been platted before.

Replat Application - This application is used to apply for the City's review of a replat plan, if property boundaries, utility easements, or other items have changed on an originally filed plat.

Amended Plat Application - This application is used to apply for the City's review of an amended plat plan; if one or more of the purposes set out in Section II - Procedures, K. - Amending/Correction Plats of the Subdivision and Development Ordinance apply.

Site Plan/Land Use Application  - This application is used to apply for the City's review of a development site plan, including civil and landscaping plans.

Site Plan/Land Use Amendment Application - This application is used to apply for the City's review of an existing approved site plan that is being amended.

Zoning District Change Application - This application is used to apply for the change of a property's current zoning district to a different zoning district.

Board of Adjustment Application - This application is used to apply for a variance or special exception  to current ordinance requirements.

Zoning Administrator Appeal Application - This application is used to file an appeal in reference to the P & Z Administrator's decision on a case.

Zoning Verification Application - This application is used to apply for a property zoning verification letter.

DAC Meeting Request Form - This form is used to schedule a Development Assistance Committee (DAC) meeting appointment.

Donation Box Request Form - This form is used to apply for approval to place a donation collection box at a particular location.
