MEETINGS (DAC)

The development process can be a very complex and lengthy one.  In order to better prepare our developers for what lies ahead in developing a property, the City offers DAC meetings for the developers and City staff to meet face to face to discuss any questions or concerns that they might have in reference to their particular development.

The following city staff is present at a DAC meeting: City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Director of Public Works, Planning and Zoning Coordinator, Water/Sewer Superintendent, Fire Department, Building Department, Police Department, Permit Clerk, and the City Engineering Firm as needed.

DAC meetings are scheduled for Wednesday mornings between 10:00 am - 11:00 am and 11:00 am - 12:00 pm (by appointment only). 

If you are interested in or need to schedule a DAC meeting, please fill out the DAC Meeting Request Form and fax, email, or drop off the request to the Planning and Zoning Department.  A meeting will not be set until a request form has been submitted.  Once a request form has been received, the meeting will be scheduled for the next available meeting date/time.  The City will work with applicant to expedite the process so as to set applicant for the first available meeting date/time possible.
