DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULES Most planning and zoning cases must be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council for approval. Below are the development schedules for specific meeting dates. This schedule is to be used as a guide to assist you in the development process time frame; dates are not set in stone, and may be modified at any time. Planning and Zoning cases will not be set for a public hearing until City Staff has approved the submitted plans.
