Danielle Hackbusch
Human Resource and Risk Management Coordinator

Danielle joined the City of Lake Worth in March 2008 as the Human Resources and Risk Management Coordinator.    

Prior to relocating to the Fort Worth area in February 2008, she worked in the Human Resources departments at Midwestern State University (2006 - 2008) and the Helen Farabee Regional MHMR Centers (1999 – 2006) in north central Texas.  In her previous positions, she gained valuable experience in benefits administration, claims resolution, new employee orientation, COBRA, FMLA, interviewing, hiring, and employee relations.  She also taught CPR & First Aid classes after becoming a certified instructor.

Danielle is dedicated to supporting the vision and goals of the city while providing exceptional customer service which in turn will promote an environment characterized by fair treatment of all, open communications, accountability, trust and respect.
