Need to know the zoning of a particular lot or looking to develop a vacant property? Just ask Suzanne Meason for information. Suzanne joined the team at Lake Worth in June of 1999 as the receptionist, moved to Permits and Inspection Clerk in February 2001 and took the position of Planning & Zoning Coordinator in September 2006. Some of Suzanne’s responsibilities include the platting and re-platting of properties, the site planning and land use approval process for new developments, processing plans for review and various other tasks. She is cross-trained in the Permits/Inspections Department, Municipal Court, Water Department and handles various other tasks as assigned.
Suzanne was born in Fort Worth, Texas. She attended Castleberry High School where she graduated in 1998. She was involved in National Honor Society, P.A.L.S., Band and Prom Committee. Suzanne married in 2003 to her husband Rusty and they have 3 children; Tristen, Madison, and Brayden. She attended Tarrant County Community College for several semesters working on her basics to obtain an associates degree with the plan to get her certification in elementary education. Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family, attending Mavericks games and cooking.
