City Officials Who Have Already Submitted Statement On May 23, 2005, the Texas Senate passed House Bill No. 914 adding Chapter 176 to the Local Government Code, and imposing disclosure and reporting obligations on local government officials beginning on January 1, 2006. Local government officials that become aware of any facts that are applicable to them under this bill must file a Conflicts Disclosure Statement (Form CIS) with the City Secretary's office. Below is a list of submitted CIS forms.
