The City of Lake Worth has adopted and is currently using the 2003 International Fire Code with NCTCOG and City of Lake Worth Ammendments.

City of Lake Worth Fire Code Ammendments

The Lake Worth Fire Department requires that all buildings be equipped with a "Knox Box".   This box must be on the outside of the building either mounted or recessed into the wall.   The Knox Box can be ordered from the KNOX Company 1 800-552-5669 or on the website at www.knoxbox.com.  The required box is the 3200 Series with hinged door. 
Model #'s  3270 or 3266 are the only authorized boxes at this time.
