Need a copy of a Police report?
 Copies of Lake Worth Police Department reports can be obtained by contacting Ms. L. Pepper on (817) 237-1224 Ext. 312.
Please allow three working days from the date of the accident or incident before making your report request so that we can make certain it has been completed by the officer originally taking the report, checked by the shift supervisor, processed by the Criminal Investigations Division and properly recorded in the Lake Worth Police Department system.
All requests for reports must be in writing. You may print the forms below or these are also available at Lake Worth Police Department.
