Jamye Sexton

Jamye Sexton is currently serving as the Director of Public Works for the City of Lake Worth and has more than 25 years of construction experience. Jamye joined the City of Lake Worth in October 2000 as the Building Official/Inspector, and in 2002 he was promoted to Director of Public Works. Prior to joining the City of Lake Worth, he served as the Building Official/Inspector with the City of Saginaw, Texas for eight years. He also is a licensed electrician as well as a Texas State licensed plumbing inspector.

Jamye is a native of Texas, he is a graduate of Boswell High School class of 1980, and he and son Trever reside in Saginaw. In his spare time, he enjoys camping, fishing, scuba diving, skiing, and spending time with his son.
