 | Provide for improved planning and scheduling to cope with peak periods and scheduling maintenance during slack periods. |
 | Provide for more stable maintenance labor force. |
 | Develop equipment records and historical repair service requirements for improving planned maintenance.

 | Organize, train, and maintain an efficient organization to serve operations. |
 | Develop and maintain an effective employee relation essential for good morale and spirits. |
 | Endeavor to obtain the lowest operating cost within maintenance. |
 | Recommend courses of action to be followed to Management that would benefit maintenance work and operations. |
 | Support and follow through on basic procedures for the safety of maintenance personnel and equipment. |
