Human Resources is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of all city employee records, hiring and retention, workers' compensation, and risk management.

The mission of Human Resources is to support the vision and goals of the city while providing exceptional customer services which in turn will promote a work environment characterized by fair treatment of all, accountability, trust and respect.
