Minimum Requirements
- TCFP Basic Firefighter Certification
- TDSHS and/or NREMT EMT-Basic (or higher)
- Class "B" Drivers License (within 6 months of employment)
Firefighter Compensation & Benefits
- Step Pay Plan: $57,750 - $75,351 (Step-Plan)
- Lateral Entry Program (up to Step 3)
- Professional Certification and Education Pay
