In 2010, the City received a grant from American Ramp Company for the design and installation of the Skate Park. Since the Grand Opening of the park in late 2010 it has continuously been utilized by youth and adult patrons.

Skate Park Usage Rules

• This is a unsupervised skate park and its use is free of charge. 
• The use of safety equipment such as helmets, gloves, kneepads, wrist guards and proper shoes are highly recommended. 
• Motorized vehicles are not allowed. Only roller skates, inline skates, and skateboards are allowed on riding surfaces. 
• Call 911 for emergency.
• Drugs, alcohol, smoking, profanity, fighting, horseplay, destruction or defacing public property are prohibited. Violators will be restricted from skate park use and may be prosecuted. 
• Food or beverages are not allowed on skating surfaces.
• Spectators must remain off of the skating surface. 
• No one under the ago of 8 is allowed without adult supervision. 
• The City of Lake Worth reserves the right to revoke the use of the skate park to anyone who violates the rules and regulations of the skate park.
