Alarm Permits
Alarm permits are required for each alarm system located in a residential or commercial building. Permits are good for one (1) year and must be renewed annually. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to submit an alarm permit application and fee prior to the permit expiration date. All fees must be paid before a permit may be issued or renewed.

False Alarm Fees
The holder of an alarm permit shall pay a service fee of $75.00 for each false alarm notification emitted from an alarm system that is in excess of five (5) false alarms during each twelve (12) month period.
