Property & Evidence

The Lake Worth Police Department’s Property/Evidence section maintains care, custody and control of all seized, evidentiary, recovered, found or abandoned property until final disposition is obtained. The Property/Evidence section strives to return all recovered, found or abandoned property back to its rightful owner.

Property may be released Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., preferably by appointment, with proper identification (Valid Driver License, ID or other government photo issued identification) and proof of ownership.
