Our records unit is proud to serve the citizens, visitors and business of Lake Worth with excellence! We understand the important role police documentation plays in people's lives, and we make every effort to be thorough and timely when processing requests and completing reports. Below is a digital form that can be used to request police records.
Please note that all police reports take time to complete. As a general rule, reports take 7-10 working days to be completed, approved, and sent to records. This process helps ensure the accuracy of all reports and also helps ensure they are property reviewed by the department's leadership.
