The Utility Billing Department is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and billing all water/sewer accounts in the City of Lake Worth. If you have a question regarding these services, please contact the Utility Billing Clerk at the below address, telephone number, or email address.

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER OR PROPERTY ADDRESS AND AMOUNT DUE
Residents have the option to go paperless and have utility bills sent directly to an email address! Opt-in to receive your utility bills by email by sending your request to ub@lakeworthtx.org . Include your first and last name, email address to receive the bills, account number, service address and phone number. You will receive an email notification with your current bill attached upon processing your request.
