The City offers a few online services. Select from the options listed below to take advantage of these online services

Utility Billing 

Pay your bill nCourt

 
To pay by touch-tone telephone, dial 1 (855) 796-5763. 

 

The Utility Billing Department accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and e-check to pay your bill.

  • In Office - A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit payments (minimum charge of $1.95).
  • Online - A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit payments (minimum charge of $1.95). E-check has a convenience fee of $1.50.
  • By Phone - A convenience fee of 5% will be added to all credit/debit payments (minimum charge of $3.95). E-check has a convenience fee of $3.50.

All payments received by 5:00 pm on a business day will be posted the same day.

Effective with July 2019’s bill - Per Ordinance 847, Sec.3, Adopted 11/14/06: All accounts disconnected for nonpayment will be charged a $30 reconnect fee in addition to the $30 disconnect list fee.

Traffic Fines

The Municipal Court accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and e-check to pay your traffic fines or warrants in full.

  • In Office - A convenience fee of 3% will be added to all credit/debit payments (minimum charge of $1.95).
  • Online - A convenience fee of 3.5% will be added to all credit/debit payments (minimum charge of $2.95). E-check has a convenience fee of $1.50.
  • By Phone - A convenience fee of 5% will be added to all credit/debit payments (minimum charge of $3.95). E-check has a convenience fee of $3.50.

If you wish to participate in the Driver's Safety Course option or the Deferred Disposition Option, you MUST CONTACT THE COURT OFFICE PRIOR TO PAYMENT to verify the proper paperwork has been submitted. Failure to do so will result the a conviction.

All payments received by 5:00 pm on a business day will be posted the same day.

Permit/Animal Control Fees
