Report Missed Garbage Pick Up/Complaints

Report garbage service complaints directly to Progressive Waste Solutions at (817) 222-2221. Their office shall be open to receive complaints and/or requests for information during the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00am through 12:00pm on Saturday, excluding legal holidays. Be sure to get the representative's name when turning in complaints. Complaints should be resolved within twenty-four (24) hours. If a complaint has not been resolved within that time frame, you may contact City Hall Customer Service at (817) 237-1211 to report the complaint, day/time it was called in to Progressive and the name of the representative reported to.
