From the Fire Chief

Thank you for visiting the City of Lake Worth Fire Department webpage. Our Fire Department provides both emergency and non-emergency services to the citizens and visitors of Lake Worth, the Town of Lakeside, and portions of unincorporated Tarrant County. We are proud to serve and provide the highest level of customer service to our customers. Our fire department is staffed by a Fire Chief, a Division Chief of Operations, a Fire Marshal, Emergency Management Coordinator, and 18 professional career firefighters.

In addition to fire suppression and emergency medical services, we also offer fire prevention education programs to many groups throughout our community. These fire prevention programs not only engage public/private schools but also include businesses, non-profits, and other organizations throughout the community.

The Lake Worth Fire Department works diligently to ensure the safety and security of our residents and customers. Our fire personnel have made a commitment to education and training to the highest of standards. This helps us ensure the highest level of service is provided to the customer, regardless of the need.
